Take Interstate 95 south to SR-836 (Dolphin Expressway) west. Travel west on SR-836 to Florida's Turnpike (SR-821). Continue south to exit 25, SW 8th Street (also called Tamiami Trail or US 41). Exit on SW 8th Street and travel west for approximately 15 miles; Everglades Safari Park will be on the left.

Estimated driving time: 35-40 minutes

From Ft. Lauderdale (Downtown, Airport, Beach)

Take Interstate 595 west to Florida's Turnpike (SR-821) south to exit 25, SW 8th Street (also called Tamiami Trail or US 41). Exit on SW 8th Street and travel west for approximately 15 miles; Everglades Safari Park will be on the left.

From the Florida Keys

Take US-1 (SR-5) north to Florida's Turnpike (SR-821) north. Continue north to exit 25, SW 8th Street (also called Tamiami Trail or US 41). Exit on SW 8th Street and travel west for approximately 15 miles; Everglades Safari Park will be on the left.

Estimated driving time: 1 and a half hours (from Key Largo) to 3 and a half hours (from Key West)
Look for the large Everglades Safari Park totem pole on the left side of the road, in front of the parking lot.

Tour Information

AirBoat Tours depart every 25 minutes.
Final airboat departure at 4:30pm daily.
No prior reservations required for General Tours.
